Are you interested in learing more about wine from two of Fort Worth's biggest wine geeks?
Kasey and Colin will soon be hosting wine tastings every other Tuesday. The goal is to illustrate how different personalities can be evoked from a single varietal when different growth and production techniques are employed. One example being Chardonnay... Not always buttery and oaky, can be clean and crisp if made in stainless steel instead of oak barrels.
We'll announce the starting date next week.

Sapristi! is a neighborhood bistro drawing its inspiration from all the neighborhoods we like, whether in a Mediterranean country, South of the border or even Asia. Our menu features appetizers you can share, main courses for every mood, and simple dishes prepared to order with fresh ingredients. Our wine list features a unique selection of both international and domestic bottles. If you find something you like, you can take a bottle (or more!) with you at a reduced price.
